Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving their order. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage that did not occur during shipping may not be accepted for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products, once opened or used, are not eligible for return. Clearance, sale items, and promotional giveaways are also considered final sale and are not subject to return or refund unless defective.

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within five to ten business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product. In the case of approved exchanges, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
